$10 Cover | 6:30pm | Guitarist Brice Albert was born and raised in Monterey, CA, where his love for music first began. Deeply involved in the local music scene during his formative high school years, Brice performed at many local venues including the famous Monterey Jazz Festival.  He then attended California State University, Northridge, majoring in Jazz Guitar, and later earning his Master’s Degree from CalArts.  While living in Los Angeles, Brice formed several ensembles, exploring electronic music while blending it with jazz elements.  He’s also toured up and down the West Coast as a professional musician, but his true passion lies in live performance, preferring to create authentic soundscapes during each show, rather than relying on prerecorded tracks.

Vocalist Nina Hadzi-Antich musical journey started in Buffalo, NY, before her family relocated to Sacramento, CA, where she became involved in jazz music through her high school’s vocal jazz choir, where she also had privilege of participating in the Monterey Jazz Festival.  Nina later pursued her vocal passion by majoring in Jazz Studies at UCLA, and spent a decade performing throughout Los Angeles, while also working as a professional backup singer.  In 2021, Nina relocated to Monterey, where she reconnected with her love of jazz performance, while constantly refining her craft.
